In my heart and soul, I am a musician, but in life I am an Entrepreneur, Engineer and Project Manager. At work, I like to think of myself as the conductor of a symphony orchestra, directing and leading the efforts of talented individuals and teams to come together to hit the right note, at the right time, and at the right tempo. Delivering a successful project is similar to delivering a beautiful piece of music; it takes many talented people and must have a good leader. I am motivated by helping teams and individuals add value and improved quality to their work and their lives.

 

I graduated from the University of Missouri Rolla where I received a B.S. in Engineering, and I am a registered Professional Engineer. I have over three decades of experience and an excellent track record in leading the development, design, construction, and operations of industrial processing facilities with over 20 years dedicated to highly specialized projects in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. I have managed highly specialized teams, been responsible for the bottom line on $100 million projects, and have lead sales efforts resulting in millions of dollars of revenue and profits.

 

I have been in private practice for the past ten years providing professional consulting services for some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies including AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, International Flavors and Fragrances, and Novo Nordisk.

 

In early 2019, I formed CBD Process Systems, LLC and have spent the last 18+ months becoming a subject matter expert in the cannabis and hemp CBD processing industry and developing several projects in the space. Most notably is the development of Peerless Canna Processing, a new generation of cannabis and hemp processing.

 

I have a beautiful wife and two very successful daughters. We love family events and especially skiing the back bowls of Vail.
